I need motivation or a fad diet to help you lose stubborn belly fat!?
I need help risk losing stubborn belly fat! I'm 19 and I'm not at all what they need significant help to lose about 10-15 pounds. It seems that everything my weight is my belly region. Im 140 and 5'4. Ive fatigue, exercise, gyms, some diets, changing my eating habits, cutting soda completely and nothing moves through. It's frustrating to know everyone else in my age are slim and eat what you want, but I like cheeto a dam and immediately gain 5 pounds. Any advice?!
