What is the best way to loose belly fat without losing more weight?

I am 5 "7 and 145 pounds. I went to a size 6 from a size 12. (Yes) And personally, I do not want to lose more weight. (Love my curves small) But I realize I still have a belly. I know no such thing as spot reduction. So I do not know what to do. If I continue my training schedule – I workout 5 days per week (TurboJam) a mixture of cardio and training strentgh and ab workout. I run a mile a day. I fear I may lose more weight, but my stomach is still there. But then I get nervous to stop my training Habbits because I am afraid of gaining weight. And I just go on a buying spree, so they can not buy more clothes.

Haha freakyishly This is the story of my life – Literally the same as the exact figures. Basically, you need to focus on exercises that work the abs – crunches, squats, etc, but you should always To keep fit. If you eat right and exercise, you will not lose too much weight.
